For starters, I’m really drooling over this woven wrap and think it’d be a great way to carry the baby around in the summer heat and warm fall. (If you’re looking to splurge on me and the baby, order Size B, please! 😉 )
I didn’t add many clothes to the Wish List, mostly because we won’t know baby’s gender until s/he is born. Last night, I sorted through all the baby clothes and laid out the newborn to 3 month sizes and realized I badly need more summer clothes. A lot of my rompers are fleece and that just won’t do in this heat! We probably have enough onseis, but certainly not enough rompers/shorts/light pants. For summer (and always, really), I really want to dress the baby in 100% cotton or light wools; no polyester because it doesn’t breathe.
Toys – I have a very strong preference for natural toys (wood, cloth, etc) over plastics and synthetics. Really don’t need my new baby exposed to more chemicals than are necessary for as long as I can help it. You’ll get an idea of what I have in mind from the wish list, although obviously Amazon doesn’t have everything.
What else? Mostly just your love and support, which we already have and thank you for!
It’s hard to believe the count down to the big (estimated) due date is 7 days! It could be as long as another 21, but I have a feeling we’ll be meeting this new little person in the next two weeks. And I’m soooo excited!!
